Hotel Hyson Heritage

I had a great experience at Hyson. We were 9 family members who spent 2 days there. The entire staff was cordial and well behaved. I must appreciate the management for the service extended to us. We needed some extra medical requirements which were smoothly executed by the team. Thank you Hyson team for making our vacation memorable.

Ample parking which is probably the best thing during my stay. Even to get in we had to go around in a circle as the hotel is located in a one way.The check in was fast. But then the experience was very poor. The room was large but was not of the standards I am accustomed for. The toiletries were very humble , the bed sheets were clean but they were quite old.I wanted a slipper which I ordered which came in after a long time. The power kept going on and off, probably due to heavy rainfall that evening. The food was good which I ordered. Similarly the breakfast was decent.I was told this is the best hotel but the pricing was quite budgeted and I believe they can increase the price but provide upholstery of better quality. If this is the best I would surely not stay back in Calicut in futureThe bathtub was clean but was stained. I guess in today’s world all those need to improve.

Had a wonderful experience attending a talk followed by dinner at Akbar Hall, Hyson.The hall is spacious, neatly arranged, and provides a very comfortable atmosphere for events.The audio-visual facilities were excellent, making the program engaging and enjoyable.The dinner served was delicious and well-organized.Ample parking space added to the convenience for guests.Overall, everything was excellent, and the venue is highly recommended for meetings, talks, and social gatherings.

Good stay overall. The room was neat and well-maintained. I booked a standard single room, which was comfortable for my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was great with good options. The location is perfect, very close to the bus stand, making it convenient for travel.Recommended ’?
