Hotel Idhayan Palace

This is the worst place we have ever visited. I am currently staying here as of July 19, 2026, and I am posting this review so others are aware of their terrible attitude and behavior. Hopefully, in the future, even in India, especially in such a beautiful tourist spot, bookings will be made based on reviews and every opinion will matter. For now, if anyone reads these reviews, I recommend avoiding this place.

We booked the hotel for three days for our family wedding event. The food was excellent, and the staff were helpful and professional. Special thanks to Vikram ji and Pawan ji.

The room cleaning at Desat Hotel Vivek was fast. Manish was proper and did a nice job.

The room was very nice, and the cleaning and location were excellent. Vivek and Visvash did a great job with the room cleaning. The hotel, Idhayan Palace, is a nice place.

We initially asked for a room at Idhaya Palace and were told none were available. Later, they managed to arrange one for my family. Unfortunately, despite the high cost, the facilities are very poor. The electricity cuts out every few minutes. The room is overpriced and quality is worse than many budget hotels. The balcony is dusty, the room smells bad, and the AC blows warm air instead of cooling. The Wi-Fi worked only once and then stopped connecting. There are many mosquitoes, making it hard to rest at night. Ignoring the heat and bugs is tough because of the bad smell. The bathroom is badly maintained, the shower hardly works, and overall cleanliness is disappointing. I've stayed in ₹700 rooms that were cleaner and had better facilities. This hotel charges a premium but offers very poor service and upkeep. I'm sharing this honest review so others know what to expect before paying here.
