Stayed for 2 nights at Santosh Dham.Pros:Central location of Vrindavan. Bang on road but peacefulRoom size are good even for Deluxe Rooms and rooms are cleanDaily washed linenExceptional food quality and taste by any standardsStaff at front office - Deepak and Om Prakash ji and their entire teamCons:Washrooms need deep cleaning along with daily proper cleaning.Overall a very good experience ’’

Stay at Santosh Dham Vrindavan... It was completely value for money.. Deepak ji and staff was courteous and completely helpful during our 2 night stay...Deepak ji has also helped in arranging cabs for Barsana visit as well as Agra Delhi drop... Rooms are clean with adequate amenities... Food options are limited but whatever they provide is of quality... Breakfast was tasty and healthy... Especially the parathas... Overall highly recommended for family stay at Vrindavan...

Recently had a stat of 4 days in santosh dham hotel. Want to highlight some good and bad points;Room - very spacious and luxurious, but bathroom is very small and uncomfortable to take shower. Toilet commode and hand flush was not properly clean. Hand flush had greenish stains and not properly cleaned even after informing to room cleaner.Service - dont provide complimentary mineral water bottle which is usually provided in all hotels. When inquired about this facility, answer was 'not in out hotel rooms'. Didn't understand this rule.Staff - every one was very polite and quick at service except one receptionist who was very arrogant.Breakfast - it was excellent and very tasty, want to highlight one thing which I liked the most ' provide freshly cooked paratha, puri and bhature'.Location - on main road, very easy to find.

Stay at deluxe room for 2 night ,an overall good stay. I appreciate the service and facilities provided. I would like to offer the following specific points where improvements could significantly enhance the guest experience.Key Areas for Improvement* Climate Control (Central AC):* The Central Air Conditioning only provided cooling. The heating function did not work during my stay. This functionality needs immediate attention, especially for cooler periods.* Bathroom Facilities:* The bathroom size is notably small.* Cleanliness and general touch-ups (e.g., grout, minor repairs) in the bathroom area could be improved.* The water pressure was quite low.* The taste of the water was poor (similar to a "salty/brackish" taste), which was very noticeable and unpleasant.* Toilet Illumination:* The overall room lighting/illumination is too low and could be improved with brighter or additional fixtures.* In-Room Amenities:* Providing charged-for water bottles is an unexpected policy. I suggest offering complimentary drinking water bottles to guests.We believe addressing these points would significantly elevate the comfort and value of the stay for future guests.Would you like me to adjust the tone of the message to be more casual or more urgent?
