Absolutely terrible experience. This hotel is nothing like it appears from the outside. The rooms were full of cockroaches’big ones, small ones, and everything in between. The bedsheets and pillow covers were extremely dirty and unhygienic. The service was equally disappointing. We had to wait nearly an hour just to get drinking water, despite calling multiple times. Overall, a very poor and frustrating stay. Definitely not recommended.

The room we booked had a severe rat problem. Because of the rats, we were unable to sleep properly. The room was not clean, and the bed sheets were also dirty and unhygienic. Overall, the stay was very disappointing due to the poor cleanliness and maintenance.

The room and staff hospitality were excellent, and overall everything felt perfect. However, the only major issue was the presence of cockroaches throughout the room’on the table, cupboard, toilet, and even the bed. This is something that definitely needs immediate attention and improvement.
