Bad language, aggression towards staff and other guests, gambling, smoking, chewing tobacco, contraband/smuggled goods, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, pets- are all strictly prohibited in the hotel.
Check-in time is at 01:00PM and check-out time is at 11:00AM.
Cutlery, crockery or service will not be provided to outside food and beverages brought into the room. Swiggy/Zomato etc are not allowed in the room.
For any damage done to the hotel amenities, articles, furniture, property etc by or due to guests themselves or their visitor or any other person for whom they are responsible, guests will be held responsible and so must make up to pay and settle for such loss and damage in full as deemed appropriate by the management.
Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and government rules and regulations in force from time to time. Management reserves all rights to change the above without any given notice etc
Guests are not allowed to cause any disturbance to other guests nor cause any nuisance or annoyance in the hotel premises. It is agreeably anticipated that guest will conduct themselves in a respectable, civilized and decent manner.
It is forbidden to bring into the hotel flammable materials, explosives or firearms. Bringing or storing any products/items of combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is strictly prohibited.
Loss of Room Key- Upon loss of a key, guest will be charged ₹500/-+ 18% GST.
Smoking is only permitted in the balconies but not inside of the rooms. Smoke detectors and fire hydrants in the rooms will be triggered due to any smoke.
The guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other customer’s guests, visitors for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused as a result of the guests' own negligence and non-observance of any hotel rules policy or instructions.
The hotel may deny further accommodation to a guest who does not prove to be decent and comply with the hotel policy and rules.
The management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the management has the right to remove the guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
The management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss/or damage to the guest's belongings in the room, luggage storage etc for any cause whatsoever.
The property does not accept bookings from local non-married couples. All couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in as per the law. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked.
Using photographs and videos taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes are illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
Visitor’s entry to the guests rooms is strictly prohibited, exceptional circumstances (for 1hour only) management may allow after visitors photo ID proof is deposited at reception.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
