I noticed several serious cleanliness and maintenance issues:The elevator door sensor appeared to be damaged, causing the door to close automatically.The corridors were not properly cleaned, with garbage visible on the floor.When I entered the assigned room there was a strong bad smell.Cockroaches were running inside the room.The blanket was visibly stained.I immediately requested the watchman to change the room.He showed me three other rooms, but unfortunately, they were also in almost the same condition.In addition, breakfast was included in my booking, but I was informed at the property that breakfast was not available. This was another service that was advertised as included when I made the booking but was not provided.Atlast I hardly escaped without staying there.
Booked for 2 days, expected the cleanliness, but what we got was bedbugs, eggs of bedbugs & cockroaches. Not stayed for even one day & got no refund because of the policy. Keep away from this.
