I stayed with my family for two days.Overall my experience is good. Not next level but we got AC room for a decent price. Room hygiene is average. Washrooms are not clean. Location very good. Under ground Parking is spacious. Hotel is in the 5th floor of Relaince Trade Center Mall. Grace church is the land mark. Good staff with nice behaviour. Recomended for budget travellers and family.
I have just checked in to my hotel booked through Agoda, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the condition of the room.There is a strong smoking smell inside the room, even though I did not request or want a smoking room. The bedsheets are also dirty and appear not to have been properly changed/cleaned before my check-in.I have photographs/videos showing the condition of the room.I request Agoda to urgently intervene and arrange a clean, non-smoking room or suitable alternative accommodation. If this cannot be resolved immediately, I request an appropriate refund/compensation for the inconvenience and poor room condition.Please treat this as an urgent complaint as I am currently at the hotel.
