The rooms are not worth the price I paid *** on Agoda the hotel room should be *** nothing more as the room is very small a broken AC old Lenin and stained pillows no one answers the phone at the reception or house keeping there was no water in the bathroom. Tap shower everything was dry. I had contacted Agoda customer care at the time of check-in as I wanted to cancel the reservation but no help. Later I got an email from them stating they have very limited control over whatever happens after the booking is done and I should directly deal with the hotel staff. And that did not help so I had to pay *** for trusting Agoda and the false ratings shown while booking. I am not ever booking a room on Agoda as I have lost my trust in their services as they proved inefficient and terrible this time.
