’ Excellent Stay at Hotel Kullu Valley! ’Our stay at Hotel Kullu Valley was truly wonderful and comfortable. The hotel is located in a very peaceful and scenic area, offering beautiful views of the Kullu Valley. The location is perfect, with easy access to the local market and nearby attractions.The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a very relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping was prompt, and everything was kept neat throughout our stay.The food was delicious and freshly prepared, especially the breakfast, which had good variety and great taste.The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and professional. They made sure we felt welcome and assisted us with everything, from travel guidance to local sightseeing tips.Overall, Hotel Kullu Valley offers great hospitality, comfort, and value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kullu and would definitely love to stay here again.

I had a very disappointing and unfair experience with Hotel Kullu Valley, Kullu.I booked a room through MakeMyTrip (MMT) for 30.12.2025. Unfortunately, my IndiGo flight was cancelled by the airline, which was completely beyond my control. Despite repeated follow-ups and providing a genuine and verifiable reason, the hotel refused to offer any partial or full refund.Yes, the booking was marked as non-refundable, but I still approached the hotel in good faith, assuming there would be clear communication before any cancellation was initiated. Instead, I was casually asked to raise a request on the app. Later, after a call from the hotel, I was told to send the flight cancellation proof via WhatsApp.At no point was it clearly communicated that the hotel had initiated or finalized the cancellation. Had I known this, I would not have cancelled the room at all and would have retained the booking. This resulted in the room being made unavailable to me unnecessarily.What is extremely concerning is that the same room appeared on another booking website just a few hours after my cancellation, which clearly indicates that the hotel was able to resell it. This completely contradicts their claim of financial loss and makes their refusal to refund feel misleading and deceptive.I understand hotels may incur losses due to cancellations, but lack of transparency, unclear communication, and refusal to act fairly in genuine circumstances is unacceptable. I was left feeling helpless and taken advantage of.I strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious, especially in situations involving cancellations or emergencies. This experience has completely eroded my trust in this hotel.I would like to clarify a few points regarding your booking and cancellation.Firstly, I note that I had communicated the cancellation of my flight on the evening of 29th via both WhatsApp and email. I encourage you to kindly recheck your messages, as they clearly indicate the cancellation of my flight.Secondly, you did cancel my booking. However, MakeMyTrip (MMT) refused to process it on their end, as no form of refund was available under the terms applicable to your booking.Thirdly, regarding the room itself, I personally would not want to cancel it. I would rather want to room on hold than allowing anyone else to attain profit from my loss. Also, the particular room I had chosen, became available on another app right after the refund request was refused on your end and a cancellation was made.I would also like to take this opportunity to request a respectful and professional tone in future correspondence. As adults, I believe we should communicate clearly and courteously, rather than allowing the discussion to descend into quarrelsome exchanges.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, with everything required for a pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
