This site is not for couples and families, because alcoholic groups, parties and almost bachelors their. In front desk Mr. Subramaniam so rude and erogant person he was.... Not prefer to couples and families/groups

Overall: DIRTY.LOCATION: 15 minutes walking distance from Vizag Railway Station. Decent area. Lots of restaurants & auto rickshaws around.ROOMS: mid size. DIRTY. USED SHEETS & PILLOW COVERS WITH FRESH STAINS & HAIR ON THEM. TABLES HAD FOOD STAINS & REMANANTS OF FOOD EATEN BY PAST OCCUPIERS. IT SEEMS THE ROOM WAS BEING GIVEN FOR FREE!!! toilet clean.AMMENITIES: all basic amenities present.STAFF & MANAGEMENT: Polite. However basic attentiveness to CLEANLINESS IS ABSENT. WHEN IN A BUDGET HOTEL, MANAGEMENT CANT MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS, WHAT ELSE TO ASK FOR’EXPERIENCE: stayed for 2 days in March 26 as solo traveller, copy of reservation attached. I had to remove the sheet & sleep on the mattress because I was too tired to talk to management for new sheets. I had to keep all my articles on the floor, that was the cleanest area in the room!!!SUITABILITY: Great for those who want to sleep on used sheets & pillows, keep their belongings on dirty tables. The daring ones.ADVISE: AVOID THIS HOTEL. ALSO MAYBE BUDGET HOTELS IN VISHAKAPATNAM DONT HAVE MUCH SENSE OF CLEANLINESS, U SHOULD AVOID THOSE IN THE LOWER & MID PART OF THE BUDGET CATEGORY & EXPERIMENT ONLY IN THE UPPER END OF BUDGET CATEGORY.Also, DONT FALL FOR CHECKIN TIME THAT SUITS UR TRIP; STICK TO STANDARD TIMES & HOTELS.

The hotel is neat, clean and rooms are very good with nice bathrooms. It location is excellent, near to railway station and bus stand also. The staff is excellent
