Hotel Landmark

It's a fraud. I booked it through agora. But due to some error it is booked wrong place. After cancellation of booking the hotel didn't return my money.

Thank you so much.Hotel Landmark is humble place but very comfortable. The food is delicious. Try their Surmai fry. The location is at close proximity with the main market and other tourist spots. The room are kept extremely clean as well and I will return to Hotel Landmark especially for their cleanliness.

Thanks a lot Pranav for your excellent service. I really appreciate you going the extra mile to assist me and checking in on me when I arrived at midnight. Hotel Landmark is a modest yet very cozy place. The food tastes great, especially the Surmai fry. It's conveniently located near the main market and popular tourist attractions. The rooms are very clean, and I will definitely come back to Hotel Landmark, mainly because of their cleanliness.

There are only 2 rooms without bathtubs, so if traveling with a senior citizen, you need to call and specifically request one of these. The room wasn't ready at check-in time, which was 8:00 pm, though ironically the front desk called me at 6:00 pm to ask if I was coming. They only started cleaning the room after I arrived, making us wait 30 minutes. The room was spacious but needed maintenance. The curtains were stained and the paint was peeling. There was running hot water, which was good, but the bath area was poorly lit and the tiles looked stained, clearly needing a deep cleaning. For a 3-star hotel, it was not well maintained. We were told in the morning that tea in the room would only be available after 8:00 am because the kitchen staff arrives at 7:30 am, but I had to check out at 7:30 am. They should at least have someone to make tea since the room doesn't even have a kettle. We requested a kettle to boil water, which was provided. The extra mattress they charge ₹700 for was a very thin roll-up mattress; I asked for it to be doubled because the weather was cold due to rain, and sleeping on the thin one could cause health issues. We checked out and had breakfast and tea near the bus depot. Overall, it was not a very pleasant experience.

The best stay I've ever had at Landmark. Mr. Pranav, the front office manager, is very polite and humble.
