We reached the venue in advance and although we intimated the hotel members about this we had issues in Walt check-in which was later managed by them and they provided a room temporarily although we booked 4 rooms for us. Later rest it the rooms were provided. Food options were limited but tasty and value for money.Few rooms had issues with hot water as the third floor hot water is controlled by solar powered heaters. This issue was fixed two days after we checked in . Seems the hotel is undergoing some major renovation and should be a great place to stay after few weeks: overall I will rate our stay experience as 7.5 out of 10.

Hi, I am Ishita and currently staying at this hotel. I have to say the service is terrible and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I've been here for 3 days and every day I face issues with some service or another. I asked for moisturizer and an iron but they were not available, and there is no pressman nearby either. The room has broken walls and no hangers inside the cupboard. The geyser doesn't provide hot water, so I have to bathe in cold water. I requested a fix but no one came until I went down to the reception myself to get it sorted. I ate food inside the hotel and asked for an invoice, but they couldn't provide one. At the breakfast live dosa counter, I asked for a plain dosa but was told they couldn't serve it due to some kitchen issue. After coming back from office, there was not a single towel in the room. I waited 45 minutes to freshen up, and when I asked, the receptionist said they couldn't provide towels because all were wet. On the first day, the evening receptionist asked for a 5-star rating, but since then, I have been struggling to get basic services every day. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
