The hotel is family friendly. The owner is very pleasant, however the staff is absolutely rude, unreliable and corrupt. We had to approach the owner regarding the attitude of the staff. In case of any issues, one must meet up with the owner directly.
Hotel Royale Madni is hands down the best option for families visiting Ajmer Sharif. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained , perfect for a comfortable family stay. The staff is warm, attentive, and goes out of their way to make every guest feel at home. A special word of encouragement to the entire hotel team , keep up the wonderful work, your dedication and hospitality truly make a difference to every guest who walks through your doors. Abbas at the front desk was really helpful. The in-house restaurant is a blessing for families ’ hygienic, diverse menu featuring Mughlai, Chinese, Italian and labanes cuisine under one roof, something rarely found near the Dargah area. And the rooftop restaurant with a stunning view of the Dargah's iconic dome is an experience the whole family will cherish forever. Highly recommended for families seeking comfort, cleanliness, and a truly memorable stay in Ajmer!
