Worst Hotel management & owner never showing interest in 1. to protect the guest from disturbance created by their own Hindi speaking employees ( No control) playing / aruguing with their friends near guest rooms which disturbs our sleep & the management unable to resolve their own problems with the employees, supervisors affects the guest by paying the money without sleep and the Bar attached people in midnight friendly stay in hotel disturbs us but the rooms are good but no use

Different taste of food in Kozhikode loved their beef, small fry fish. Ambience is very traditional olden structure . Love to visit again’

My recent visit to Maharani Hotel, Kozhikode was a huge disappointment. The overall dining experience was poor from start to finish. The staff behavior was rude and unprofessional, and there was a complete lack of basic courtesy toward customers.The food quality was far below expectations. The dishes lacked freshness and taste, and it honestly felt like no care was taken in preparation. What made it worse was the pricing ’ the rates are unreasonably high for such low-quality food. It definitely does not offer value for money.Considering the poor service, bad food quality, and inflated prices, this place does not live up to its reputation at all. I would not recommend Maharani Hotel to anyone and will not be visiting again.

The rooms were clean and basic amenities were present. Appreciate the way they maintain the rooms. The only problem we encounter was with the food. We had chapathis and chicken curry. We (myself and my wife) had food poisoning for the next entire day. I will never opt Maharani again.

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel with our family. The location, rooms, and staff were very good and comfortable. However, the food was a big disappointment. I have stayed at this hotel many times before, and earlier the food’especially breakfast’was excellent. This time, we had breakfast for all 3 days, and not even on a single day was it decent. We also had lunch on the first day, which was a terrible experience. I informed the restaurant staff, but instead of addressing the issue, they tried to convince us otherwise. Because of this, we had all our remaining lunches and dinners at outside restaurants. I sincerely hope the management improves the food quality, as the hotel otherwise has great potential.
