We reserved this hotel in Calicut via Goibibo for about ₹3,000+ for three people, anticipating a comfortable stay. Sadly, our experience was disappointing right from when we entered the room. The room assigned to us was very basic and did not meet the quality we expected for the price paid. It appeared poorly maintained and lacked the comfort described in the booking details. We asked for a room change immediately, but the staff said no other rooms were available. The main problem was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room, making our stay very uncomfortable and even using the bathroom was tough. The room did not feel fresh or clean, which greatly impacted our overall experience. Since we had already paid and had no other options, we had to stay the night, but it was far from pleasant. For the price, we expected much better cleanliness, upkeep, and service. We hope management takes these issues seriously, especially the hygiene and smell, so future guests avoid similar problems. Based on our stay, we would not recommend this hotel.

I often choose this hotel when I visit Calicut. The rooms are tidy and clean, and the hotel service is generally excellent. However, the front desk operations are somewhat slow compared to other hotels. I experienced a long wait during check-out. Speeding up the reception and check-out procedures would greatly improve convenience for guests.

Extremely poor experience

Extremely bad hotel with terrible service. No water supply, I was trapped in the bathroom for over 2 hours, the heater and AC were not functioning - these problems occurred even in their premium room. Avoid this hotel completely. It's a total trap.

The appearance is upscale, but the service could be better.
