I booked Maple Grand Agra through Agoda because the hotel listing clearly mentioned free airport transfer and 24-hour check-in. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.When I arrived, I asked the hotel manager about the free airport transfer mentioned in the Agoda listing. He informed me that such a service was not possible. If the hotel does not provide this service, it should not be advertised in the booking details.The listing also mentioned 24-hour check-in. However, despite checking in at 7:00 PM, I was told that I had to check out by 11:00 AM the next day, which was confusing and did not match my expectations from the listing.Additionally, the TV remote in my room was not working. I reported the issue, but it was never attended to. The bathroom did not even have a floor mat/carpet, and that request was also ignored.Overall, there was a clear mismatch between the services advertised and the services actually provided. Combined with the poor response to guest concerns, this resulted in an unsatisfactory stay.
We book delux room however given us stranded room when we raise question the staff started arguing and see the room pics for which we paid ***
