Hotel Saarthi Agra

Maintenance was lacking.

The staff behaved very unprofessionally and seemed intent on overcharging. Before booking, they assured me of everything, but when my guest arrived, the manager demanded additional payment beyond the booked room cost. The hospitality was terrible and unprofessional. I would not suggest this hotel for families.

The experience was very disappointing. The staff acted rudely and unprofessionally. The room was not cleaned well and was infested with mosquitoes and even lizards, which made the stay quite unpleasant. When I asked the receptionist to clean the room, my request was outright refused. I also asked for the name of the staff member, but he declined and said, "I am the sole owner of Sarthi Hotel," which was an inappropriate and unhelpful reply. Due to poor cleanliness, lack of customer service, and unprofessional staff behavior, I would not suggest staying at this hotel.

Had a great experience at Hotel Saarthi! The rooms were tidy, roomy, and well-kept. The staff was courteous, friendly, and eager to assist. Service was prompt, and the environment was calm and cozy. The food tasted great, and the location was ideal for travelers. I strongly suggest Hotel Saarthi for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Can't wait to come back!
