The service was the worst I've ever encountered on July 23, 2026. The staff lacked manners when speaking to guests, and no one was available when needed. When these issues were raised, the staff showed no concern. I advise against staying here or booking the hall for any event.

Our experience was very disappointing. The staff acted unprofessionally right from the start, and the reception team dealt with our issues poorly. The receptionist, Netrapal, was neither polite nor helpful, leaving a bad first impression. What annoyed us most was that our visitors weren't allowed to stay in our room even briefly. If this is the hotel's rule, it should be clearly communicated at check-in, not after guests have settled. The staff's overall attitude felt unwelcoming, and it seemed like they cared more about tips than good service. Due to how things were handled, we chose to check out in the middle of the night. As someone in hospitality, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and guest care. I recommend looking at other hotels nearby that provide a better experience.

My stay at SNJ Grand Hotel, Agra, was very disappointing. Right from arrival, the customer service was lacking and unprofessional. The receptionist, Netrapal, behaved unprofessionally and did not assist us politely, making the check-in process uncomfortable. The hotel also did not allow our visitors to stay in our room even for 10 minutes. If this is their policy, it should be clearly communicated during check-in, not after guests arrive. The staff seemed more focused on getting tips than offering good service. Their attitude was unwelcoming and did not meet the standards expected in hospitality. The experience was so bad that we left in the middle of the night. As someone in the hospitality field, I found their service standards unacceptable.
