Couple • India • Jul 2026Previously, the hotel service was satisfactory, but recently the quality has dropped a lot. The staff acted unprofessionally and were rude multiple times. The food quality also did not meet expectations compared to earlier visits. Moreover, the breakfast setup was inadequate, offering few choices and lacking proper hygiene. Overall, the stay was unsatisfactory, and I wish the management would address the issues with service, staff conduct, food quality, and cleanliness.

We dropped in for dinner on our way to Lucknow and enjoyed a fantastic meal. The dishes were fresh and full of flavor. The tandoori rotis were nicely crisp. The dal tadka was flavorful and fragrant, with spices perfectly balanced. The tandoori aloo and onion parantha offered a smoky, well-seasoned flavor, and the aloo jeera was both comforting and filling. This place is excellent for a tasty and hearty meal—definitely recommended!
