Hotel The Taj Vilas

The hotel is located at one of the main roads of Agra but there is construction work going on in the way, so please check based on ur approach. The premium rooms are spacious with dress, but face on the facade walls/windows of other hotels, it is approximately 12 years old hotel and partially renovated, bathroom fittings etc are not latest. They offer charged services for even extra water, there is NO swimming pool, like wrongly shown in one of the pictures, it has a restaurant which serves decent breakfast, the staff is polite but can be lazy and less attentive, I asked them to clean my car and they cleaned another one. Rest it was a cozy stay, located next to a few very famous tea stall Faujdaar. Dont miss that tea

Infrastructure is good, room was clean and well maintained, ample parking space, good food, overall value for money.However, the hospitality is missing.Though there was no incident of rudeness, but the staff was dry, unwelcoming and seem disinterested.Hence I rated 3 star due to the hospitality factor.

The hotel was really good’very neat and clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay. Even though it’s listed as a 3-star hotel, the experience felt like much more than that. A great place to stay, especially if you are visiting the Taj Mahal. Highly recommended! ’’
