recently stayed at Hotel Crystal Inn in Agra and overall it was a really good experienceThe rooms are genuinely as good as shown in the pictures clean well maintained and nicely designed Since the hotel is newly renovated everything feels fresh and modern One suggestion is that they should remove old room photos from Google as they do not match the current conditionCleanliness is excellent Rooms are very clean and the washrooms are fully hygienic which is a big plusThe location is also very convenient near Taj East Gate which makes it perfect for visitorsThe staff hospitality is very good Most of the staff is polite helpful and welcoming Only one issue was with the receptionist Abhishek who seemed a bit rude otherwise the rest of the staff is excellentOverall I would definitely recommend Hotel Crystal Inn for staying in Agra It is a great place with clean rooms good hospitality and a nice location
