It was a very bad experience for me. The cleanliness and service was really disappointing. There was a very bad smell in the room and also bathroom. Even the corridor and lift was dirty and qas poorly managed. Overall it was really a hectic experience and was far below expectations for me and i wont recommend this hotel for anyone

This hotel was a very disappointing experience. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and the bathroom condition was terrible. I’ve never had such a bad stay before. The ratings seem misleading, so I would not recommend this place to anyone traveling.

It was a much better and nicer room for the price. The room had ample space and a large bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and soft. A restaurant was also available, so there was no need to go out for food; everything was provided in the room itself. The room also had all the basic amenities, such as a large mirror, hand wash, etc. Overall, it was a much better and nicer room for the price. You should definitely stay here if you come here.

It's very genuine feedback about this hotel.It deserves a 2 star rating. Read carefully.If u r on a family trip, don't book this hotel.I booked three Deluxe rooms and regretted them later.20 times I reached the Reception to get the basic amenities. Travelled from Delhi to Agra and after reaching hotel if water doesn't come in ur room what u will do , Landline doesn't work.*Receptionist behaviour is not up to mark*I had to inform them that the Landline Phone was not working and the Reception Mobile switched off.I have real Pictures of these things if any doubt.*Toilet commode full of dirty stains*Exhaust Fan in Washroom not working*Water provided on demand*Water Tap broken in all 3 rooms*In one washroom water is not coming*Bucket provided but the forgot the Mug*Washroom Drain was Clogged, it's become a swimming pool of dirty water*Hand wash liquid was nil*TV was broken*No battery in the TV remote*AC remote provided later without battery*At least clean the Guthka mark from the commode.*Ceiling fan speed controller broken.*One room had a towel size floor carpet that was so dirty and sticky*The hotel restaurant is not a restaurant, that restaurant is a resource food from outside. better to use ZomatoI don't have much time to explain several things, It is supposed to be a good hotel experience but overall it's become a pathetic experience.

My car was damaged in there parking space when I check out from hotel I see my car is damageWhen I asked with the hotel staff they said they can't do anythingNot even helpingDuring the time of check-in they said your car is safe don't worry just park it over their.In the morning there was no security guard no body is their.Also they have a restaurant in the basmentbasement and there food was horrible and very bad tasteI order Dosa and it's samber was bitter when I asked them that samber is bitter they said this is how we cook and coffee is like drinking hot water.Few family also having breakfast there all said that food was very bad never eaten such food ever before.At the time of payment the lady over there said you have to pay weather you have eaten or not.Very rude and disappointed.Do not try there restaurant.
