I truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay when I visited Agra, a beautiful city often known for its timeless charm and romance.My experience at ITC Mughal at Agra was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel gave me a complete five-star experience from start to finish. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring.The service was outstanding, the staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a delicious variety that made each morning enjoyable.Overall, everything about my stay was perfect, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. I would absolutely love to stay here again the next time I visit Agra.

The hotel has too many staircases, especially in the garden area, which made it difficult to move the stroller.

It was a okayish stay but it would have been good to have some more activities available. The games room was quite dull.Also though it's a resort the rooms felt like a business hotel , I did expect to have bathtubs , but from room perspective they were small and gave off a Business Hotel vibe rather than a Resorty vibe.Food was okayish. We took the Buffet dinner but did not feel every dish was great... The variety did not quite hit the mark of me wanting to try everything what I actually liked was only 1-2 things which in my experience is not what I would expect from a hotel of this sort.Im terms of Luxury for Breakfast it did get crowded as expected but the service was not as one would expect. It would have been nice for someone to wait the tables as I have experienced in some other hotels which truly give a luxury vibeThe Rooms were on the Ground/First /second floor and as I mentioned above they were small and if you opened the curtains people walking around could easily look into your room so I think there was no privacy to enjoy the views from your room... You either close the curtains and sit inside or go out in the lawn.So I would give it an average rating based ony experience there. I was expecting a lot and somehow it missed that mark for me.
