Hotel Maple Ridge

Great welcome with welcome drink, rooms were royal,spacious and nice ambience, looks are heritage style,but very well maintained. Staff really well mannered and service wise it was superb. Food was great, altogether a great experience at Siris 18

Pathetic experience. Even staff is behavior is not good. Dirty bathroom. AC was not working. Refrigerator was dirty. Water was not draining in bathroom after bath. The food was very oily, even after inform then about this before cooking. I do not recommend anyone this.Even they are not able to accept payment using card. Only cash and upi payment was available.

It was a family vacation and stay was very comfortable. The rooms are big enough and the staff is really Very good and supportive. We had breakfast and dinner over here and sometimes we ordered food in room everything was tasty. The decor of the hotel gives you royal feelings. We had very good experience at Siris 18. Thank You team and staff to make our stay comfortable.

Hotel is really nice. Staff behaved nicely. Rooms were very big and done beautifully. We stayed in room no 302 and 306. Both rooms were really nice. 302 was even bigger. These rooms are best part of the hotel. Hotel doesn't look that good from outside but it is really nice from inside.Online price was showing very high but when I talked with hotel management they gave me decent price deal for those days.Breakfast spread was fine. not too good but ok type.

Third class hotel. Pls don't stay here. Very unhygienic and unclean. No ventilation bin the room and all mosquitoes flying everywhere. Bed sheets and linens are of poor quality..it doesn't seems to be hotel, it is more of a lodge. Even the staff is very in professional and charges are too high as comparative to their property. Breakfast is poor. Even for bread butter they will take 30mins to serve and the bread was made hot on pan and not in toaster. Very unhygienic restaurant and poor ambiance. Will never recommend this to anyone. Ac was not working properly and making noise and fans are for show up. No air but only spins.
