I wish I could have option of - ratings. Receptionist is very rude and one of worst hotels I stayed in my life. Rooms were paint and damp smell with no ventilation and swimming pool was dirty and full of dead insects for that they ask extra 500 rs. Bed covers were dirty muddy after I showed them they changed it. Washroom was also broken. Worst part my booking was breakfast included but they denied saying we need pay extra because it’s not showing for them and also when we complain about room they say we took most least priced room so this is what you get. I paid 1400 change for 1 night I think it’s decent here for the hotels I saw around for same or less cost. Also it doesn’t mean I’m asking bigger room I asked cleaner room and he is talking like he is doing charity and he already did is big time help by giving place to stay. I hope nobody goes there Atleast they learn basic manners. Nowadays anybody is getting hired to work in hotel when you are face of the hotel decency is the most basic.
