So the overall experience was average because we went for a birthday celebration to agra we were a 3 friends group and booked 2 deluxe room but there were too many conditions that you could only use swimming pool with proper nylon swimsuits and when we were clicking pictures on the rooftop cafe the staff came and switched off the lights we found that very unprofessional and rude so I would recommend to get proper information from the staff first and negotiate at some points Cleanliness ambience and location was good though services and facilities were good too

1. No hot water at night.. Miscommunication about it from reception as well..2. Leaking room foyer.. When I asked to clean, the service boy came at 11 pm knocking the door at night.. Then reception called at 11:15 midnight to change the room.. Unbelievable time to disturb people..3. Leaking electric kettle..4. I stopped complaining hereafter.. so many more.. Proper chawl like experience
