Truly recommend this hotel.Very good staff and seekh kebab along with chicken sizzler is awesome. CLEAN AND NEWLY RENOVATED ROOMS’’

We reserved this hotel for our brother's wedding with great expectations. The events took place on April 18th and 19th this year. The hotel boasts a prime location, plenty of space to comfortably accommodate around 600–700 guests, and roomy accommodations. These positive features convinced us to select this venue for such a significant event. The agreement was made with Mr. Hari Ji, the hotel manager. Overall, our experience was okay except for one major issue—the decoration. Mr. Sanjeev was responsible for the decoration. From the start, we had reservations about him and informed Hari Ji of our concerns. However, he personally assured us and took charge of the decoration, which gave us confidence that it would be handled professionally. Unfortunately, when the event occurred, the decoration quality was very disappointing. He failed to deliver even half of what he promised. All the meetings, discussions, references, and images we shared were completely disregarded. To make things worse, he lacked enough staff. On the wedding day, while we waited for arrangements at the venue, he was out buying flowers and the jaimala. The whole situation was chaotic and poorly managed. We chose not to cause a scene during the wedding because our main goal was for the events to finish peacefully. However, the decoration was truly unacceptable. The sofa on the wedding stage looked like it came from a secondhand furniture market, and the same sofa from the Sangeet function was reused for the wedding. Not a single natural flower was used in the decoration. Despite the high quotation from the start, we proceeded because he was the hotel's recommended vendor. We negotiated pricing and specifically asked Hari Ji to ensure quality work. Sadly, that trust was completely broken. Honestly, I could go on about how disappointing the experience was. He completely ruined the look of my brother's wedding. Every time we see the photos and videos, all we notice is how poor the decoration appeared. There weren't even proper lights arranged. If you book this hotel for any event, make it very clear to management that you DO NOT WANT MR. SANJEEV AS YOUR DECORATOR. It is now clear to us that the manager and decorator work together with mutual commission deals, which is why he is heavily recommended. Please don't trust their words and false promises like we did.

I strongly suggest trying the starters and sizzlers. The staff are very friendly and well-informed, and the location is well planned. #luxury

Terrible staff! We spent a lot on the wedding, but from the receptionist to the hotel employees, everyone was rude and used awful language with customers. Avoid this place at all costs.
