Rooms are too small than expected

1/5 ’ Very disappointing booking management and complete waste of our family’s time.We were planning our Ring Ceremony for 14th February and were seriously considering Clarks Inn. Our family visited multiple times and spent considerable time discussing an event for approximately 120 guests.We were also planning to book around 10’12 rooms and had discussed DJ arrangements. The plate price and room prices had already been discussed.The only remaining discussion was regarding decoration. We were negotiating because we personally felt that the approximately ’65,000 decoration quote was too expensive.However, while discussions were still ongoing, we were suddenly informed that the date had been given to someone else.This is what I find extremely disappointing.After allowing customers to make multiple visits and discuss food, rooms, DJ and the complete event, there should be a clear and transparent booking process.If the date was not secured for us, we should have been clearly informed. If there was a deadline, it should have been communicated. Instead, we continued spending time on discussions without proper clarity.Our family made repeated visits believing that we were seriously progressing towards finalising the event. Ultimately, a significant amount of our time and effort was wasted.There were also communication problems, including unanswered calls and inconsistent callbacks.We understand that a hotel can have multiple enquiries for the same date. However, the way those enquiries are handled makes a huge difference.Based on our experience, the communication and booking management were extremely poor.My advice to anyone planning an important event is to get every commitment clearly confirmed in writing. Do not assume that multiple meetings mean anything until your booking is officially confirmed.Personally, after this experience, I would not recommend this hotel for an important family occasion.

Bhawna Clarks Hotel is situated in Madia Katra Main road, Agra. This hotel has good reputation in public and commercial organisation for Misc Functions, Meeting/seminars and other programmes. The arrangements and behaviour of staff with guests is good but there is a shortage of Car Parking on Road. In all a good and affordable Hotel in Agra.

Staff is very friendly...good place for stay , food is awesome specially morning breakfast and evening dinner.... keep it up.Wish them all the best.... special thanks to anjum

Deeksha and Adil Khan have done an excellent job and provided very good support throughout the stay.Both were very polite, helpful, and professional in their approach.Their service and cooperation were truly appreciated and made our experience very comfortable.Overall, it was a great experience; however, the hotel location could be improved.
