The check-in process itself took 45 minutes, even though we arrived 15 minutes after the scheduled time. There was no staff available to attend to guests, no welcome drink offered, and the room conditions were deplorable, with a leaking sink and dirty walls. Overall, a disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money. Not a 4-star at all
I normally avoid leaving negative comments, but this stay truly warranted one.First, the room condition was unacceptable. The room was old and dirty, the bathroom had visible mould, the TV didn’t work, the air-conditioning blew out dusty air, and the kettle was rusty. One of the toothbrush boxes provided had no toothbrush inside and was clearly already opened. Another toothbrush had no protective plastic wrap, so I chose not to use either. Thankfully, I had an extra dental kit from my stay in Delhi.The most disappointing part happened at checkout. The receptionist asked me to leave a Google review and proceeded to tap five stars on my behalf. Of course, I intended to correct it once I left Agra — and here I am, sharing my actual experience. She then asked for a second review on TripAdvisor, which I declined.To the hotel management: If you’re confident in the quality of your hotel, there should be no need to pressure guests into giving five-star reviews. Focus on improving your facilities and service — and the “important” stars will naturally follow.
the rooms and linens are clean and the bed is comfortable. Food can be improved. Small lobby, limited spread in breakfast. Overall good for the money
