Only good things about this hotel are location and restaurant. Otherwise there is no cleanliness in the rooms. Had booked 2 rooms and both were filthy with dust everywhere.We had to change our rooms after we noticed that the rooms were not cleaned at all and allocated to us randomly. Everywhere we found dust on the floor. The toilet seat of one washroom was broken.After raising with Reception, they offered to change the room. Most of our time was spent on changing rooms and settling down as the new rooms were not ready and we had to wait.There were cockroaches in the fridge. Receptionist was not ready to give 2 keys for room initially (saying it is not possible and system will not accept). However, later when we insisted hard as the rooms given were not interconnected, they finally gave the keys (2 for each room) - wondering how it worked then??Restaurant food was good and service was okay though.After a long travel, we didn't expect this to happen and it gave lot of stress. Had a lot of belief in this hotel checking other reviews but would never never recommend anyone to stay!Choose alternative stay options if possible!

’’ Very Poor ServiceHad a very disappointing stay at Hotel PL Palace, Agra. Room service was poor and the reception staff was unhelpful. We were a group of 15 people with 3 infants, and instead of resolving issues, we were told to leave at the last moment, which was extremely unprofessional.Additionally, our luggage bag was opened during room cleaning, which is a serious concern.Would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed for two nights. Staff were good. The room was clean, lovely soft bed - only disrupted by the extractor fan (which turned off on the second night). Location was ideal for driving distance from main attractions. Would recommend for anyone visiting Agra.

The check-in process itself took 45 minutes, even though we arrived 15 minutes after the scheduled time. There was no staff available to attend to guests, no welcome drink offered, and the room conditions were deplorable, with a leaking sink and dirty walls. Overall, a disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money. Not a 4-star at all
