Good hospitality and service
My experience at Hotel Taj Sojourn was generally pleasant. The rooms were tidy, and the staff was polite. They also accommodated an early check-in, which we really appreciated as it made our arrival easier. The food was tasty and of good quality, though somewhat pricey. One aspect that could use improvement is the availability of drinking water. There was no RO water dispenser near our room, so we had to ask the reception each time we wanted our kettle or bottles refilled. The staff was always helpful and did refill them, but having to request this multiple times during our stay was a bit awkward. It would be much better if an RO water station was accessible on every floor or closer to the rooms. Overall, it was a nice stay with good service, but better access to drinking water would enhance the guest experience.
