Worse worse worse experience. Never seen hotel like this. Garbage hotel. Found a big RAT in the room in the middle of the night and they did not have good option to provide the other room. Other rooms are smokey smells.Never recommend to stay.

Disorganized and Disappointing Stay

Myself Prashant Pandey...stayed in hotel from 30th April to 7th May night and on 8th morning I have done my check out.... it's in worst conditions in all aspects..even not eligible for single star....The guy telling him G.M. of hotel cheated me a lot and total staff are unprofessional.. I think just hired with minimum weages as they don't no hospitality services at all, they are simply like layman... just I trapped here due to online conversation with Gurdeep Singh Guddu..as I directly gone on hotel's website ( because I have to stay in Jirakpur location for some purpose)... and found contact of Mr. Gurdeep Singh Guddu...Very 1st I've asked him "is there any repairing/ modification work going on ".... because tiles cutting sound with grinder irritating me and wall painting gases are not good for health during application and soaking period... but he bluntly lies me...that no any maintenance work is going on.... but the actual thing is that...' the hotel is sold out and New owner of hotel doing renovation for top to bottom of the hotel...one receptionist 'Preety' just sitting on reception counter and busy with her mobile only... don't care of guest... very very poor free breakfast...In conclusion I can say that there is totally mis-management... also I want to share one thing... just at the time of check in Mr Gurdeep Singh Guddu has taken total ’ 16000.00 from me in cash to stay of 8 night ( ’2000.00 per day).... but during my check out, reception counter told me that hotel management have given discount to you like ’ 1800/- per night with free breakfast... but I am sorry to say at that time nothing was in my hand because Mr. Gurdeep Singh Guddu has already taken full cash money from me just during checkin, ’ 16,000/-I don't know final what he is going to tell hotel management....??Also which check-in I have given ’ 2000/- to Gurdeep Singh to bring some stuff for me which cost was around ’ 900/- but even frequently asking to return my remaining amount.. never returned finally.. that's the condition of GM of the hotel.. now you can analyse at your own...Regards to all...!!Prashant PandeyFrom Varanasi
