Overall, the room was nice and the stay was comfortable. However, there were a few areas that need improvement. Slippers were listed under the amenities, but despite calling reception multiple times, they were not provided. The dental kit was chargeable, which was a little disappointing. The breakfast poha did not taste fresh and had a slightly stale taste. Also, the food prices at the hotel were quite high compared to the overall experience. Apart from these issues, the room and stay were good. Hopefully, the hotel will improve these areas for a better guest experience.

Couple • India • Sep 2026Actually, something unfortunate happened to me. My purse was stolen from my car while it was parked in the hotel parking lot. Unfortunately, the hotel staff didn’t really help me with the situation, and they didn’t offer any compensation either.
The washroom drainage was clogged, and the mirrors were broken. Considering the price, the service did not meet expectations. Improvement is needed.

The experience was totally unacceptable. The night manager behaved rudely, disrespectfully, and unprofessionally. Rather than assisting guests, he appeared more focused on belittling them and making offensive comments. Guests should never feel disrespected by someone whose role is to offer hospitality. His demeanor was arrogant and dismissive, which is not what I expect from a hotel manager. Management needs to take this issue seriously, as one individual's unprofessional conduct can harm the hotel's reputation.

My stay at Hotel West End View in Zirakpur was excellent. The rooms were large, clean, and stylishly decorated with a contemporary feel.
