Despite repeatedly raising the issue, the management showed little concern and simply blamed it on a gas shortage.I had booked an executive room costing ’2500 per night, and if essential services cannot be provided, the least the hotel could do is reduce the room tariff accordingly.The most shocking incident happened this morning when I noticed a reptile, almost the size of a snake, inside the false ceiling of my room. I immediately informed the reception, only to be told that housekeeping starts at 8 AM. This level of negligence and poor service is completely unacceptable.Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay, and I would strongly advise others not to book rooms at Hotel Monad.

Its not safe anymoreWe had college party and some outsider guys came drunk and started harrassing our female friends and when we tried to stop them then threw alcohol bottle on us. Monad staff didn't even take responsibility of that incident

Nice hotel near NIT Calicut, stayed for 2 nights, rooms were clean and neat also the surrounding places are calm. But the restaurant with hotel is not upto the mark. One day I got buffet breakfast, second day only got a dosa without any alacarte.
