Please do not book this. This hotel is putting out false advertising. On make my trip it was stated lifts ,wifi and all amenities. When we reached there none of them were there and the staffs were not responding. I will be forming a legal complaint to this hotel since this is false advertising.No point in MakeMyTrip as we could not place a complaint.Again I warn everyone and today is Feb 2026. I'm pretty sure this will still be happening.

Spacious but Uncomfortable Bed

The room and washroom are very spacious, neat, and clean. Hot water is available 24 hours. However, the bed is very hard, and the bed sheets and pillows are very old and need to be replaced.

Comparatively good as the location in Palakkad. Even the stay was for very short time like check in at 10:30 PM and checked out at 7 AM, they haven't considered any discounts ’’.
