Very poor service. Once known as a pioneer, this hotel has now become one of the worst. I have been staying here for the last 10 days, and I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The way the staff communicate with guests is unprofessional and unpleasant.I would strongly recommend people not to choose this hotel. Unfortunately, it is no longer the same as it used to be before.

Basic amenities were mentioned however the same was not provided. I have stayed for a day but the staff have denied saying the checkout is at 1200hrs as the laundry delivery would be by 1400hrs and the staff was not responding properly. Addition to that the manager was not even in the hotel and the whole time if there any escalation it shall be handled only through calls

Well Known Clean Hotel

Hotel Natraj in Dibrugarh; Assam situated at very prime location where nobody will feel bad or alone. It is at Madwari patty. The hotel is very renewed & well known. Their new wings is fantastic but cost wise it may pinch but option to staying at old complex with budget friendly option is also available. Neat & clean room, courteous staff member, tasty food etc etc will welcome you here. Only advice from side that they must improve their breakfast buffet menu. I will rate them 4.5 out of 5. Less points for the further improvement.

Disappointing Service Experience

We stayed at the hotel for one night. It is located in the main marketplace and has a fairly large property. The lobby is nicely decorated, giving a good first impression. However, the room we stayed in could use a fresh coat of paint and some maintenance.The service was below expectations. We requested morning tea around 6 AM, but it was never delivered. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast at around 8 AM, there was no staff present, and the chairs and tables were scattered. Eventually, someone informed us that breakfast would be served in our room instead.
