I am not satisfied with the room provide. Always hotel management is the way of thanking is low cost for online booking. And way of treeting also different. So don't take a room without seeing.

Honestly very bad experience, Staff are very rude, They are asking extra amount then the money showing in website I paid nearly 500 extra and one more Reception staff are saying to not book in apps they wants to pay me offline Seriously very bad experience i had at reception counter because I paid 580 at online app but they take extra 220 😤😠🤬🤬

Hotel O Anu Grand, located in Allipuram near Visakhapatnam Railway Station, is a budget 3-star OYO property marketed for convenience and affordability (~579–728/night). While its proximity to the station (~2 km) and basic amenities (AC, free Wi-Fi, TV, geyser) are appealing, my experience revealed significant issues with service, room quality, and management, making it a disappointing stay. Specific problems included unreturned advance charges, cramped and smelly rooms, booking delays, uncooperative staff, and poor maintenance, outweighing the hotel’s location advantage.
