The management here uses highly unethical practices. Despite having a pre-booked and pre-paid room on Agoda, the manager claimed they weren't associated with the platform and tried to dupe me by claiming no payment was received. The room shown on the site was not ready or clean. I was forced to pay extra to upgrade, only to get an average room with dirty furniture, a broken fan controller, a TV with no channels, and sticky, stained bedsheets. To top it off, the toilet flush was completely broken.The ONLY positive is the location—it has good connectivity and is easy to reach by Pushpak and city buses. It is strictly fine as a brief transition point if you just need a place to sleep before moving on, but choose it only if you are completely desperate and looking for the cheapest option. Otherwise, it is not suitable for any type of traveler. Avoid.

That hotel is not suitable for families at all. The room smelled very bad. The room was not clean at all. Please do not book that hotel.
