This was among the worst experiences I've had. The staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and made no effort to ensure guest comfort. Even basic necessities were missing. There was no hot water available for drinking, so if you have a sore throat, this place is not suitable. The reception staff was extremely rude; when we requested hot water for our child's milk, they told us to use the bathroom tap water. At that moment, I realized they must be used to drinking from bathroom taps, which explains their unprofessional and foolish attitude.

Stayed here for night halt as location is good as you don't need to enter kota city. It's on the outskirts but still quite a long detour from NE4. But they provide all amenities and service is good. But yes the rooms need a fresh coat of paint. Renovation work is being carried out as well. Definitely recommend for road trip travellers.
