My stay here was quite unpleasant from the beginning. The corridor was cluttered with garbage and poorly lit. The room I was given was in bad condition; the AC and intercom didn't work, and they didn't provide a kettle with tea and coffee supplies. They eventually changed my room. After checking out and driving for 4 hours, I realized I left my iPhone charger in the room. I called multiple times to ask if it was found, but they said it wasn't there. I don't know where it could have gone since I didn't use it during the drive. I charged my phone that night and we left the hotel the next morning.

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026We booked through Agoda but couldn't make it on those dates due to an emergency. Agoda was willing to refund if the hotel owner agreed, but the hotel owner was dishonest. He said it was Agoda's decision and that he was okay with refunding, while Agoda had a different story. It's disappointing to see such deceitful behavior from hotel owners for their own benefit. It's very bad and unethical. At the very least, they could be honest with someone in a difficult situation, but they only seem to lie.
