The hotel is quite basic, probably deserving just over a 1-star rating. The breakfast is the same every day. Also, there are many bugs and mosquitoes.

Had a very good stay; the room quality and cleanliness were satisfactory. The reception manager, Bantu sing, is very helpful and will ensure you get the right room. Just let him know in advance before you arrive at the hotel.

The property is excellent, but one major issue is holding it back, so I am giving 2 stars for the following reasons. My stay at Hotel Park started wonderfully; the female receptionist greeted me warmly with a positive attitude, creating a great first impression. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, well sanitized, and has all the necessary amenities. The facilities are excellent, and the property is very well maintained. However, things took a turn for the worse in the evening. After a tiring day in the city, I came back needing help with something in my room. Instead of the earlier warmth, I met a man at the reception who acted like a slow government clerk, showing a rigid and indifferent attitude that spoiled my evening. This feedback is for the owner: your hotel is almost perfect, but the evening management is a major problem. In hospitality, attitude matters a lot. Please fix this or replace the front desk manager, or else poor service like this will damage your hotel's reputation and growth.
