Hotel Prime Suites Airoli

The room was small and lacked a kettle, tea bags, mini fridge, and dental kits. They charged 30 rs for a 1-liter Kinley water bottle that has an MRP of 15. A concerning issue arose when I tried to extend my stay by one night; they called the room saying the same rate wouldn't be available. They gave conflicting reasons for charging 2500: first, that I checked in late, which was untrue, then that it was assumed to be single occupancy, which was also incorrect. This situation undermines the credibility of Make My Trip. When I wanted to book the stay again through Make My Trip, they refused. Only after I showed the rates on MMT did they agree to the 2500 rate, even though MMT showed a lower price, and they wanted to charge more. This was my first negative experience booking through MMT, and it made me feel unsafe.

Good value for money. Staff are professional. The room is spacious. Privacy and safety are ensured.

This seemed like the best place to stay in Airoli. It's a bit pricey and doesn't offer breakfast. Still, there are plenty of dining options very close by. Noise from trains, traffic, and a nearby community hall might disturb you.

Good for Business trips. Good service. Highly recommended
