The food is terrible, and the staff doesn't even know how to serve it properly. The taste is very bad, and every dish they serve has some issue. Their usual excuse is "we will change it according to customer demand."

Initially, everything was excellent except the pre-checkin process, which was not satisfactory. One of the rooms had a non-functioning AC, and after some effort, we were moved to another room where the AC worked well. Apart from that, everything met expectations. The food and atmosphere were wonderful.

I had a very disappointing experience during my 4-day stay at this hotel. On the very first day, we noticed that the main door handle was already broken. We immediately informed the hotel staff about the issue so that it was documented and could be fixed.To our surprise, at the time of checkout, the management accused us of damaging the door and demanded extra money for the repair. They failed to provide any proof that we had caused the damage, despite the fact that we had reported the problem as soon as we checked in.This is extremely unprofessional and unfair. Instead of taking responsibility for an existing maintenance issue, the hotel attempted to shift the blame onto guests and charge them without evidence. The staff’s handling of the situation was disappointing and left a very negative impression.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for honest and professional service. Guests should be careful and document everything upon arrival to avoid being wrongly charged for pre-existing damages.
