Good to see like this in this prime locationVery well staff behaviour as well as testy foods, also near by Bargarh Railway station

As per today's scenario the hotel is going through a makeover. Clearly it's an under-construction property. Solo travelers still can stay but family or couples should avoid this property for now. Better to check with the property before you book. Confirm with the management & ask them to get some pictures of recent conversations. Also TV will not work, they will say u that there is a signal problem.

We stayed there for 5days. The overall experience is very good.Room: all rooms are newly built. Renovation under going. But as this is new the room and toilets walls and bedsheets are cleanService : good. They provided help/room cleaning whenever asked.Food: not operationalWifi: was not workingOnly to improve is provide back up power as soon as light goes off. Have tge tv recharged for basic channels at least.

I would give them zero rating if there was such option. I paid 10k advance towards the booking of the Royal Palace banquet hall for my family function on 28th May2025. When I personally visited the place they did argument to keep their garbage and some other old furniture in the hall itself which was not intimated at the time of booking. I didn’t like their mischief behaviour so I decided to cancel the booking but they simply denied to refund the amount. I insisted them to adjust that amount with some rooms at least but they denied that as well.They want to forfeit my money. No worries I would think I have donated my hard earn money for their never ending renovation.Their service is very bad and I would suggest not to opt this hotel since they don’t know hospitality. Also I would like to highlight that their prices very very high compared to other hotels. They are charging very high price as per location and that’s the reason no one prefer this hotel.They are very behind in the matter of providing service and hospitality which is very important to run any business. They are more concerned for forfeiting others money whenever and wherever opportunities come.
