It was my first visit to the hotel and the staff out there were very approachable and helpful. I asked to arrange a small cake for my colleagues bday which they arranged. The Restaurant Manager -Debasish and staff Sania was great and attended to my food requirements.

Overall rating: 4.8Visiting from NYCI have so many thoughts that would make this review way too long. When I finally got there it was a great visit, but booking online in advance was so sketch. I booked fine and they took my CC for a $1 deposit.However after that, they kept emailing me saying my reservation was at risk. They asked for my CC again which of course is weird but I was in the States so I put it in & ’it declined’. My Chase Travel card declined. Made no sense. After that, they kept emailing me that my reservation was at risk and canceled! Emailed the hotel from my booking and someone assured me saying it’s still in tact. Also the number shown as a phone number wasn’t available on WhatsApp which was also concerning. At one point even my cousin called, and they said everything is fine. I would still get cancellation emails but had to ignore them and hope for the best.When I got there, I was able to check-in easily. I felt a sigh of relief, but getting to that point was so stressful.All of that said’ the massages ’? UNDERRATED. I went every day. It was amazing. It felt like heaven. Obviously affordable (compared to America). But you have to request the Balinese one, damn I can’t remember her name. The male receptionist is also an absolute sweetheart.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and transport. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant staySpecially I would like thanks to Mr madan,Mr Arun,miss sania,miss priyadarshani,nandani make my stay comfortable and hassle free’?

I was on a family trip to Jagannath puri and Bhubaneswar. I booked this hotel for my family and I would totally recommend this hotel for a nice luxurious and comfortable stay. Food here is good, rooms are very well comforting. Service is also fine here. There is car parking available right outside valet desk and this hotel is at a walkable distance from mall. The view from terrace is also nice just alongside the swimming pool. Hotel has nice breakfast buffet option and in-house gym.

Very good hotel. Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms. Very good restaurant where I was able to discover Indian cuisine.Very pleasant, competent, helpful staff.Special thanks to Ms. Mamata, without whom my stay would have been much more complicated. Very professional, dedicated, patient.Despite several requests to extend my stay, she always managed to find me a room even though the hotel was fully booked.
