I stayed in the hotel for aug 26 , 4 days , rooms are pretty okay for the cost, but service is to the core poor. , of the 4 days they never did room service cleaning inspite of calling daily and they won't change bed sheets and towel.For the complimentary water bottle I got to literally fight with him . And gave some wrong food bills , which I never had over there. Worst experience. Never want to book again.

Having recently completed a 2-day stay involving two rooms booked online, I strongly advise potential guests to look for alternative accommodations. The online listing is highly misleading.’Service & Support:Attempting to adjust my booking for the second day resulted in a runaround between a non-responsive WhatsApp chatbot and front-desk staff who disowned responsibility due to the reservation being online. No assistance or flexibility was offered, leaving us paying full rate without resolution. Furthermore, basic room service requests required continuous follow-ups, and essential items’like additional water or tea refills’were neglected.’Property & Hygiene:’ ’Infrastructure: There is no covered drop-off area or portico, making loading and unloading luggage during heavy rain exceptionally difficult.’ ’Cleanliness: Rooms carried a persistent odor, linens were visibly soiled, and the bathrooms were cramped with severe drainage issues that caused standing water after every shower.’Dining:To be fair, the food quality was commendable. Although the complimentary breakfast options were limited and overall food pricing was high, the taste was consistently good. Unfortunately, acceptable food cannot compensate for compromised hygiene and poor hospitality.
