Rooms are good. Food is tasty. Ambience is nice. However, the service men are not properly trained. Service is very slow. Also, if you dial 333, the opposite person will ask you to dial 235. When you'll dial 235, the opposite person will ask you to dial 333. There will be tennis between these two numbers and you'll be the shuttlecock. That'll be quite irritating! Rest, it is a good hotel in Shahjahanpur.

The manager was very unprofessional. I had to call him thrice and remind him again again for just water. The manager knew my room AC is not working properly still gave me that room only to make my experience worse. The hotel was good. Food was good. Staff can be bit more hospitable.

We were a groupe from Switzerland. The hotel is not perfect in many little ways, but we had such a great stay. Very nice people, very helpful.I would just suggest to clean the fields around the hotel, to have a clean view from all rooms. Keep Nature clean in India.We had delicious food.Confortable bed.Really a fantastic stay in this city.
