Hotel Sach Regency

Bedsheet and bedcover smell and look stale. Staff attitude could have been more polite. Ward boy was courteous, I give him 5/5 star rating. Complimentary breakfast was okay, not much options, no fruits, etc. Bathroom had one hole in ceiling which could have been repaired. Staff at reception said they don’t allow smoking but in one of the rooms I was given first, it had smoke and musty smell. On request they changed my room. Strangely enough even though the hotel said no smoking allowed, in my room there was an ashtray…what’s an ashtray doing in a hotel that prohibits smoking. The hotel could have done and should do better if it expects to get 10/10 or 5/5 rating.

Bedsheet and bedcover had a stale smell. There was a hole on the ceiling in the washroom. The staff /ward boy who helped with my luggage to the room was very polite and courteous. He even made an effort to secure me another room when I complained that the room first allotted to me had a smoke smell. The staff at the reception looked defensive when I mentioned that I prefer a room without any smoke smell. He even stated that smoking is not allowed inside the rooms which I didn’t believe because if that were so, why would the hotel keep an ashtray in its rooms. I should have taken a pic of that ashtray but forgot. Anyway, my stay at the hotel was average. There is room for improvement if the hotel wants to have a good reputation.

The bedsheet and bed cover could have been fresh, both were white in colour and had a stale look and smell. There was no water kept in the room. There was a hole on the ceiling in the washroom. The staff person who assisted me with my luggage to the room was courteous and polite and even made an effort to get my room changed when a top floor room was given to me. The person seated at the reception didn’t seem like he wanted to ensure my stay experience was good. He could learn some good customer skills from the ward boy or whatever term it’s called. There is room for improvement if they take feedback like mine seriously.

Good new rooms and bathroom. Paid around Rs 2000. Breakfast is given as much as you want. Ac was not working. Lift sometimes doesn't work so you should be fine with stairs. No wifi. Space is there for parking. Good city location just besides amul, maybe you can plan to visit amul factory, which is open for visitors at 2-4 pm

Rooms are not so great.for clean sheet and pillow I asked them to replace after that I got fresh sheet.Chargeable water bottle they charge 30 rs for 1 litre of water that is their room service.I left before breakfast but it's included in my stay .there breakfast starts at 8 am if you ask something for breakfast before that time.they will say nothing
