Hotel Satyug

Hotel that looks good to stay but not in reality.Rooms are very small with king size bed. No wardrobe in room which is basic. Common area always unhyginic and dirty.During my stay there were insect found in my food.only location is fair as it is near to temple.

We stayed for 3 days but the rooms weren't cleaned. The dusky guy at the service centre try to over charge inspite of other guys mentioned the right charge. The curd rice were not good and my mother fell sick The rice not cooked well. The room sevice charges are equal to taxes. No explanation on this.

So firstly, very poor hospitality and my stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The staff, it didn’t seem interested in assisting guests or making anyone feel welcome. The room was also in poor condition. The washroom was like water is leaking everywhere from the shower area and not well-maintained which was very uncomfortable. There was no cupboard in the room to keep my clothes, which is basic for any hotel stay.AC is not working. Overall, the service and the cleanliness were both very bad. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Unfortunately this is the first time am giving negative review to something.Operation manager you need to look after your hotel for providing better services to the ones who are coming to stay in your hotel.

We went to have late might dinner. They have 3 types of thalis which is quite a good combo to have. The hotel stays open till upto 1am in the night. So after mahakal arati at night one can visit here for dinner. They have a good menu and is pure veg.They have ac floor to have food and also rooms for stay.

It was really so wonderful experience in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. Staffs were so friendly and generous. We can have food at our room. All services were upto mark. Overall i will recommend it for all.
