If you are travelling along with your family especially kids please do not book as you may regret the stay and cleanliness. If you are going out for a whole day they might end up taking booking in your room without even informing you
I would not recommend this hotel. I booked a Deluxe Double Bed room through ixigo for approximately ₹3,000 per night, but the room was extremely small and nothing like what was advertised. The room was in very poor condition: There was no dustbin in either the room or the bathroom. The AC was not working properly and even stopped functioning. The bathroom door had no lock from the inside. The toilet was dirty and no basic toiletries were provided. The bathroom walls were covered with fungus, which was highly unhygienic. The worst part was when it started raining. There was severe water leakage from the AC, and my entire bag and personal belongings got wet. To make matters worse, there was even a mushroom growing near the AC, which clearly shows how damp and poorly maintained the room was. Paying ₹3,000 for such a room in Ujjain is simply not worth it. The hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, maintenance, and overall room quality before charging such prices. I would also like to raise a concern regarding Ixigo. I trusted the platform and booked this property based on the listing, but it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Ixigo should conduct proper audit and quality checks before allowing such properties to be listed on their app. Customers rely on the platform’s credibility, and in this case, trusting the listing was a mistake.
