"I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The check-in took way too long because the front desk staff was unhelpful and rude. When I finally got to my room, it was not clean’the bedsheets had stains, and the bathroom smelled bad. I ordered food, but it was cold, greasy, and did not taste fresh or hygienic at all. Even though it is a cheap budget hotel, the poor service and dirty rooms make it a waste of money. I would definitely not recommend staying here."

Very disappointed with the experience at SC Residency. Before finalizing the deal, we had already organized two parties at the same venue and expected professional behavior and commitment from the management. Unfortunately, after the recent meeting, I would not recommend this property to anyone.The banquet manager ( Mr. Jaspal ) was extremely egoistic, arrogant, and unprofessional while closing the deal. There was a complete lack of commitment and customer respect. Hospitality industry staff should know how to communicate politely and value their customers, especially repeat clients.Management seriously needs to improve customer handling and professionalism.

had an excellent experience at Hotel SC Residency. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious
